Do you take returns?
Are you unhappy with your item? That is unfortunate and we hope we can make you happy with something else! We are willing to take returns if we receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request within 14 days of shipping the item.
To start a return, please contact email@example.com with an email including:
- your order number,
- a description of the item you wish to return,
- it' size,
- the reason for the return, and
- your contact information.
We will send you back an email listing the BottomHand return address. We are not able to refund associated shipping expenses at this time.
Do you do direct exchanges?
Our fulfillment process is NOT set up to handle direct exchanges but if you let us know when sending your RMA request that you are looking to do an exchange, we will do what we can to accommodate your request.Do you sell wholesale?
